When our team set out to find hidden gems of affordability in New York City, we quickly realized the search process was tedious and unrewarding. We were spending hours combing through individual listings, trying to find a balance of price, monthly charges, and location, which actually worked.

So we built this tool, where the search starts from what we can pay and leads to the options that we can afford.

We're sharing this tool with you in the hope that it opens doors—literally. We want NYC buyers to explore neighborhoods they might have overlooked, find buildings with unusually low monthly fees, and we want agents to help their clients discover great neighborhoods they never considered.
